Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bobolive shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify bobolive immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
bobolive is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with applicable licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, within the timeframe stipulated by bobolive.
bobolive accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction. bobolive does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. bobolive targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bobolive's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the relevant claim. bobolive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.
bobolive does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, for which bobolive accepts no liability.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bobolive holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
bobolive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bobolive will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the bobolive Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
